Discover Umbria from our comfortable and fully equipped holiday apartment in Passignano sul Trasimeno , centrally located on the border with Tuscany. Thanks to this unique location it is the perfect base for day trips to famous art and culture cities such as:

Perugia, Cortona, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Arezzo, Florence, Montepulciano and Rome – all within 1-2 hours drive.

Even the Tuscan and Adriatic coasts are easily reached by car in about 2 hours.

Our apartment is located within walking distance of the historic center and the beautiful Lago di Trasimeno . In the immediate vicinity you will find:

The apartment

This bright ground floor apartment is ideal for a stay with 4 to 6 people. The accommodation has:

• Fully equipped kitchen with modern gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, glasses and cutlery
• Dining area with sturdy oak kitchen table and raised chairs
• Sitting area with colorful sofa (convertible into a bed), relax chairs and footstools
• Air conditioning in kitchen, living room and bedrooms
• Central heating throughout the apartment
• Storage room with washing machine and dryer
• Terrace under construction, but it is already possible to stay outside.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

• Two spacious bedrooms , each with air conditioning, smart TV and private bathroom
• Bedroom 1: double bed + single bed
• Bedroom 2: double bed
• Two bathrooms with toilet, shower and rain shower – towels and washcloths included
• Additional sleeping places via the bed in room 1 and the sofa bed in the sitting area
• Bed linen is provided for all bedrooms

Maximum capacity: 6 persons

The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector and CO detector .

Pets are not allowed.
